What will be the price of your stay?
The prices are in Euro. They correspond to a one-week hire
Water, electricity (air-conditioning,heating, swimming-pool...) are included. Free wifi.
Arrival and departure, from Saturday 4 hours pm to Saturday 10 hours am
Tourist season: 3.07/28.08 1250 €
School holidays: 10.04/ 08.05 26.06/03.07 et 16.10/30.10 880 €
Intermediate season: 3.04/10.04 08.05/26.06 et 29.08/03.10 730 €
Low season: 27.03/03-04 et 02.10/16.10 630 €
Services prices
Bed linen rental: 9 € for 2 people, 6 € for one person
Bath linen and towels hiring: bath sheet 3 €, towel 2 €, flannel 1€
Cleaning at the end of the stay: 60 euros (taken from the deposit if the house is not as clean as you will found it)
Conditions of reservation
40 % of deposit in the reservation by bank transfer
The balance including the security deposit 500€ will be payable on arrival
As long as there is no damage inside and outside, and if the accommodation is as clean as on you arrival, the security deposit will be refunded in full at your departure.
In the event of damage, the deposit will be refunded at the latest within one month, after deduction of the repair cost, cleaning costs (60 euros), or to replace deteriorated or missing objects . If the cost of the losses exceeds the amount of the deposit, the tenant will pay the owner all the expenses.
The owner will justify the amount necessary to repair the damage.
We accept the payment by bank transfer, or in euros.
